Our club welcomes new members of all genders and abilities. To swim at our club, all we ask is that you are a competent swimmer and happy to fully submerge in the water. We encourage you to get a taste of synchro by attending a trial training session. Click here to book a trial session.
Basic equipment
You don’t require much to get started. At the club training sessions all swimmers are encouraged to wear swim cap, goggles and nose clip. Nose clips and swim caps can be purchased from our shop.
Membership fees
Fees are payable per term and vary depending on whether the swimmer is participating in 1, 2 or 3 training session. Beginners normally start with one session per week and progress from there.
There is also a yearly Golden Fish membership fee and an ASV membership. More information on these fees will be provided on joining.
Competition costs
Club bathers are not compulsory until the girls are competing at Nationals but are available for purchase. We are also supported by swimwear company Funkita and bathers may be purchased through them at a discounted price.
In addition, all swimmers competing in any competition are required to wear plain black bathers for figures. Individual and team routine costumes are chosen by the club coaches. Full club uniforms are compulsory when competing at national competitions.
